Singer-songwriter Lauren Eylise’s vocal and songwriting abilities have provided her with opportunities to open for Kris Allen, Def Jam’s Rudy Currence, Red Wanting Blue, Gabrahm Vitek, Chip Tha Ripper, Def Poetry’s Dana Gilmore, Poetri and to play at venues alongside some of music’s biggest names including Train and John Legend. Lauren is quickly becoming known as an emerging force in the independent music world.
 
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Lauren Eylise developed a passion for music at a very young age. Eylise is a self-taught musician, having taught herself to play both acoustic guitar and piano. Inspired by artists such as Whitney Houston, Lauryn Hill, Adele, The Beatles, Amy Winehouse and many other groundbreaking forces in music, Lauren has kept the spirit of her heroes alive in her music. Her debut mixtape, Unknown Artist, was digitally released in 2012 and has gained Lauren international listeners and support. Having recently teamed up with Reflective Music, the vocalist is currently working on her follow-up project due out in 2016. Lauren has made a commitment to bring story-telling, love, and passion back to music, while simultaneously challenging herself to grow as an artist.
